Chaat

Sev puri, bhel puri, Dahi puri, jhal muri, pani puri, ragda pattice, etc are different types of chaats served in restaurants and food stalls in India. Chaat has various ingredients like boiled potatoes, peas, onion, tomatoes, spices, curd, sev, sweet or spicy chutney, etc.
Parathas
Parathas are Indian flatbread made of potato, fenugreek, spinach, onion, paneer (cottage cheese), cabbage, and radish. A savoring stuffing is made of veggies and spices. This stuffing is stuffed inside wheat flour or refined flour ball and rolled over a rolling board to form a paratha then cooked on gas or tandoor.
Dum Aloo
